TERLKOM WORST COMPANY-TIME FOR SOME COMPETITION

After 5 months I still cannon sort my account with this company. Getting billed double AGAIN and the "added services" I NEVER REQUESTED added on again. I am SOOOOO fedup - why isn't there competition for them? Maybe we just might get some service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
