Terlkom Finrite Cellphone insurance bad service

<p>on the 17 of january i brought my insured phone back to the telkom branch where i bopught it. i was told a cracked screen is insured as well by the lady who helped me. i was attacked with an attempt to get ****** by some guys and my phone got cracked on the process i was trying to escape. so then i sent it back to the store and they took it to send it to repairs. its mid April now my phone is still not back, on february they asked me to bring a statement of what happened and so i did. but still there hasnt been anyone informing me what is happening. i keep visiting the branch to find out what is going on and everytime i go there they make a call and tell me they will contact me via sms, i always get the same sms, which states "your phone has been dispatched back to telkom ot will be recieved within 4 days" then maybe a day later i get another message which states "your phone has been sent for reppairs" and in theis 4 months everytime i go check the same thing happens but still my phone is still not back whilst i pay the insurance every month. i have never recieved such bad service, what is worse is that when i booked the phone for repairs they said it should take about 2 weeks for it to return, but it has been about 4 months now.</p>
