terible terible unreliable service

Hi i just just got of the phone with a manager by the name of sidwell or cydwill . we had a long conversation and he ended up dropping the phone in my ear due to his incompetence. i mentioned to him that since ive logged the call on the 18th of april up untill now its exactly over a month. this very same manager promised to call me back two days ago and when i told him about his lies he immediatley mentioned to me that he cant help me at all . guys pls can somebody help me cos this is the worst ****ed up service ever. there is more to mention but can somebody pls listen to that call and assist me please. its been over a month and all i get is rudeness lies and more lies eventually i get told that i cant be helped . what have i been paying for for the past two months . am i being ****** by a giant useless company that feels that nothing can be done to then. am i a victom of bad management can somebody pls assist me pls.
