<p>Telkom came to my house today to install a line. They did not do it because they said there was no conguate and we needed to get an electrician in. When I got home today, I looked at the socket, they left it in such a state that the paint has come off of the wall. I also looked inside and there is a conguate. When I called the guy who came to my house today,he clicked his tongue and put the phone down. I am not happy at all with the disgusting service that I have received from Telkom!!!!!</p>

Telkom was supposed to come today to install my line and they did not come!
I got a call from Telkom asking about the conjugate and the lines and I asked them to please call my boyfriend as he knows what is going on and to speak to them as there is a conjugate point. They never called him.
This is the 2nd time in a period of 1 week that my line has not been installed. I am beyond furious at the moment!
