TERENCE PUCKREE "TELKOM MANAGER"CANNOT READ AND HIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC MUCH LIKE THE CEO

<p>I have requested a detailed statement per product, showing the amount due and then the payment of same for 3 different contracts so that I ca show telkom were they have made an error on my account, due to them failing to action my request for an account closure that was sent more than 5 months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>however dealing with Terence Puckree and his staff, and a large number of useless agents still i cannot get joy out of telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have put it in writing and had to read to my email to Sandile Ndaba, because his manager is useles.</p> <p> </p> <p>after telling Terence Puckree that he needs to read, and not delegate without understanding he says sorry and will ensure that it is sorted out he still failed to deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM IS *&^*&^&*^</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
