Telophone line & ADSL line not working
I reported the ADSL line not working - call 854CRK050416. Nothing happens and on Monday they closed the call without fixing the line - problem. Now the landline is also not working. The call centre informs me today that they cannot re-open my call or log a new one again due to the fact that it is an apparently an area problem. <br> <br> How easy to hide. I need the line to be working - that is what I am paying for.
