Telokm Promised me my Router will be available

Keagan from Telkom contacted me in response to my Hello Peter complaint. He directed me to Frans Molete at the Glen. Assured me that a router has been kept aside for me. I got there only to find out that FRans had gone home and nobody else had a clue what was going on. One hour out of my way.
