They dont even deserve 1 star. They are very quick to switch off service when it suits them.
I have been a client for a year and a half. For a year, they have been getting my debit order date incorrect.
Online, call centre, email... they cannot seem to grasp the concept of "last day of the month".
Now I have paid them manually, and because telkom is 3 years behind the world on tech... they cannot see the payment or just simply lack the service s**** to check the payment.
Telkmlom is ok... as long as you dont have to call them.
There is no such thing as client service.
If you are looking for wifi, finer, or any type of connectivity for that matter... go with anyone but telkom. Not because of bad signal or anything... simply because if you ever need anything... or need to call in... you will never be assisted. They just dont give a damn.
Even with the amount of people working from home... they couldn't care less. Please. For your own well being and sanity. Use someone else.

So the amount of times they have debited on the incorrect date and charged extra... I could probably have covered an extra two months of service.
