Telmom employee sharing my story

I'll try keep it short but mhm...telkom <br> <br> I write this letter full of shame, hurt and somewhat disgust. I worked under an Agency for Telkom for over a year earning 3500 with not much benefits accept funeral cover of nothing less the 12 000. No pension, no provident fund, almost nothing besides the 30rands UIF, sad hey? Well it gets worst, I'm not going to disclose the Agent but it would be quiet obvious to others or most. I cannot believe I grew up praising Telkom today when people talk about it I can't help but be very angry. <br> <br> Like any other job, as an employee there are no phones allowed, no internet usage usage to apply for greener pastures no in fact that is not even what I planned on doing, working an 8 - 5 or sometimes worst shifts that not having a chance to study hence you don't earn much to even save for a it. I think I speak for everyone that worked under this agency for telkom mobile when I say wow what an experience, you barely know your rights but reminded of your responsibilities daily, you threatened and told that you are replaceable on a daily basis. Now a new telkom call centre gets to do the same in durban and they paying people peanuts mhm telkom such shame
