Tellom SA Sucks

I keep receiving texts from Telkom saying I've not paid my account, I followed up before and they said the texts were sent in error or the balances are wrong, I should ignore them. Last Thursday I received an urgent text asking for payment. I left it as my debit order went off the following day. The account they've been deducting from all along. Yesterday I woke up with no internet, promised it will be on within 5 hours still nothing. I'm working from home and losing 2 days of income due to their ***********s. Can't call them as I can't find a number for other than Telkom lines and the chat agent Engel Mthembu keeps closing the chat on me.
