Back 2016 took a uncapped lte contract from telkom .2 month later Tech came to install outdoor anttenna the could not pick up towers left the antenna and never came back 2 year gone the speeds that I was promised 90m/p never received can't watch hd movies to slow speeds lodged a complaint after a few months later they told by SMS it was resolved but in fact that was a lie speed was up to 4and 5 if lucky most times streaming a SD series on one episode it would buffer for hours open new case manager his April but same problem tech guys called tried to set modern over pone it fail to do anything told me they have problem with uncapped and was given wrong moderm .but nothing was changed .moths later they sent a technicain he tried told moderm wrong will send his report after I send him picture off the speed at nite did this speed was around 4 m/s .was told by consultants that after tech report they can make decisions on next step this 3/4 month ago .call s to the customer care is it with the back room technicain awaiting them this is there answer for months now but the conveniently debit my account every month and I am at end off contract in a few days so the basically waiting for contact to be completed this is modern day theft by telkom ref ********** 0
