Tellkom Management/Technical staff committing *****!
I recently discovered that my Telkom cell no. is compromised. It seems someone at Telkom's IT departments has ********ly activated Call Diverts and Call Barrings on certain numbers including law enforcement agents contact numbers. On 12 April 2021 spoke to Minenhle who to send request to their technical dept to check who did this. Today when I called I found that No request was sent to Tech Dept. Instead it's noted I requested a Blacklisting of ***? with ITC no.***7 No IMEI no. > Only a high level employee can achieve a blacklisting with NO IMEI no. > Telkom please get your forensic Department to investigate whoever is interfering with my no. I will be laying a ******** complaint as this is interfering with an investigation I"m currently busy with on Engen SA *****! I also need you to send me my call with Minenhle as I don't want her charged with something she didn't do! By the way Great Service Minenhle, keep it up!
