Tellkom has the worst service

I have had the worst service from Tellkom as my contact end in March and they still billing me for it and I'm not resciveing any airtime or data I have called in to cancel many times and they saying it's shows it's canceled on there end but can't explain why they still billing me I have emails and proof of everything the worst service I will never use them again
