Telling is needs to get with the times..
I'm currently overseas & I'm unable to access any banking. I contacted Telkom to activate roaming services so I can receive one-time pins. I was told that because my number is a prepaid... Roaming cannot be activated ! This makes no sense ...I'm stuck overseas & I'm struggling to access fund's...

When can I expect a resolution concerning my issue ? As stated I need access to funds & I'm hindered by the fact that I cannot receive otp's. I need my number activated for roaming. Is there anything I can do to expedite the process ?
