Tell an the evils of monopoly

Cables were ****** in my area in April 2018 and telkom refused to replace cables. I was advised that the only service I could apply for was the telkom lookalike. I ordered this service on 28 May on o/n ********** 61A. After one month of chasing up telkom I escalated the matter. After another month I escalated the matter again. Still no resolution. After 25years of loyal support telkom cannot be bothered to assist us.
