Telkon Have Become The New ****mers

Telkom has ****med me off so much airtime and they can't track it on their side but I have smses that say the opposite of what their consultants are telling me. I bought airtime of about R150 but somehow I still owe them for emergency airtime even thought I never took that emergency airtime they are telling me about.
