Telkon and their bag of lies

SO I ordered a router from Mweb with a sim card from Telkom. Delivery took place on Friday morning and I was told activation would take between 24 - 48 hours after activation. It's Monday morning and I am still not connected. I try find out what's happening and NO ONE can give me answers. Mweb tells me that my sim has only been sent through THIS MORNING to be ricaed. Telkom tells me they don't have me on the system and that they have an outsourced company that does these things for them and that the name should be on my delivery package. THERE'S NOTHING ON THE PACKAGING!!!!

Telkom is THE most useless service provider I have ever dealt with!!!
