Telkom,Zero Services

Telkom cables in my area were ****** night of 13 August 2019,and have Never been replaced.At the time I had a data contract with them.Numerous complaints to their local staff and technicians (who told us that cables have been ******),leads to NOTHING! Silence for a year,then the smses came:you will be blacklisted/breach of telecommunications act/your credit rating will be affected etc,etc.I attach the 30th one in 4 months "Notice of Imminent Legal Action:Mr/s B@#@s,pay your Telkom balance R1773.05 @ABSA,into NuDebt Acc *** *** Tel ***

Is there somewhere this can be reported,as my account never went onto arrears,I stopped paying in September 2019 when I realized Telkom are not restoring services in our area,affecting a police station,several schools,Department area offices and clinics,which till today are without Telkom landlines and connectivity.I am thinking Telkom sold these old accounts to someone who wants to make money without knowing the background.They can take me to court,I'm waiting for that.
