TelkomZA ripping people off

I took out a contract phone because I was told it was going to be R179 monthly, so i accepted the offer because it was reasonable. I was so specific to the consultant that I don't want any additional charges as im taking the phone for my 11year old. Because they tried selling me extras like insurance and all, i told them that I dont want additional charges i just want to pay 179 nothing more nothing less. To my surprise they deducted R677. 85 I called and called to get clarity on the bill but, i couldn't get answers. I decided to tweet Telkom but still till date its almost a month now I haven't got clarity on the charges, no one has called to give me a breakdown. What ****es me off the most is they brought the phone with an extra sim i called them immediately and asked about it they told me its an additional data sim, i told them i dont want it coz i like ive been saying i dont want additional charges to the 179 i accepted to pay, but no im being charged for something i didn't use, i haven't even opened the sim i told them to fetch it but they said they will cancel it on the system but funny enough im paying for it and other costs i was not made aware of. I have asked them to cancel all their hidden costs but no one is getting back to me because they just want to rip people off
