Telkom|Worst Service Ever

Worst service ever!

I’ve recently port my number to the Telkom network and took a phone contract with them. And this was 2 weeks ago.

I requested to have my number linked to my contract and I was told it was going to be done in 2 to 3 working days. The estimated time passed and I went to the store and they told me they’ve just done it and it would be linked in 72 hours. That passed again and I phoned the call center several times to be assisted, they told me that my case has been escalated. It’s been 2 weeks and still no sign of my query being addressed. I regret porting to Telkom and taking a contract with them. They don’t value their clients at all. Even when you phone the call center, you don’t get assisted, they keep on saying their escalating your case and all you get it nothing until you calll them back and still busy with your case. Worst service ever
