Telkom....why Telkom...why

Telkom either has alot of inexperienced staff or staff that deliberately don't do there work properly so that the customers suffer at the end of the day.I have now on numerous occasions spoken to consultants which one understand and escalates u're problem....the other see the escalation on the system but still run around with you as if to say it's u're fault that they didn't deduct and still refuse to deduct because they have a department called collections that don't even correspond with you,but just like to collect penalties that (telkom) gives.I am so tired of telkom it's hard to understand why it feels like they busy with ****************....i surely will not be using there service again on a contract basis in the near future...pre paid...."I'll think about keeping them on"
