Telkom/Vumatel nightmare

I signed up with Telkom /Vumatel. My fibre line has never work 100%. Vumatel tells me that nothing is wrong. Telkom techical department needs information from Vumatel and They say thats with Telkom. The sales person Mr. Warren Tuohy told me that this is not his problem...but he did get his commusion. This is my 1st month. Please please please dont go for the Telkom/Vumatel deal. Both parties are useless and blame each other.
