TELKOM/VUMATEL INTERNET STILL DOWN 4 DAYS NOW

My vumatel Telkom internet has been down since Friday, I've called Telkom so many times and all they do is give me a Ref number, it is now Monday and yet another Ref number, I pay alot of money, my family work from home using wifi but have now had to go into work Vumatel don't have a number and so we must call Telkom.... How much longer must I wait, how many different answers am I going to get from Telkom call centre agents, I'm so fed up I'm thinking of canceling the latest Ref number I've been given is:***2
