Telkom....usual pathetic service

I am absolutely deplored with the customer service standard at Telkom. I have a business line that is out of use for the past year and I had reported this numerous times. I dread to think the business revenue I have lost as a result of their sheer lack of humility and concern. I pay for my contract monthly and payments go off timeously but their service is non existant. I have called the service centre countless times and it's excuses upon excuses. I am paying for a service that I don't have to add further to my agony the device which I have does not work. I'm sickened by Telkom.
