TELKOM,THE WORST ADSL COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!

Worst ADSL business in South Africa. If you are considering a service provider, do yourself a favor and DO NOT CONSIDER TELKOM!!! My debit order goes off like clockwork every month but I never get what I am paying for. Either the internet is so slow I can't even open up Google or it doesn't work at all. MY CURRENT DOWNLOAD SPEED IS 0.43 MBPS WHILE I AM PAYING FOR A 4 MBPS LINE!!?? What is the use of paying for a service you never get to use?

As I am typing this I have been on hold for 28 min, no one bothers picking up at the support line and I don't see what the difference will be anyway. I will definitely be switching to a better option and my suggestion is everyone who is looking for ADSL options to rather consider companies that do not throttle and diminish your speed.
