Telkom,the best at poor service👎👎👎

So telkom doesn't feel the need to respond to people's outcries regarding their poor appalling service,should have expected as much. So I got a call again regarding my long overdue delivery on the order I made with them,only to be told that due to telkoms incompetency they have loaded two names on one ID number,my name and another on my ID, so my delivery was rejected, which means I now have to wait another 14 working days,a whole month more,honestly this is quite unacceptable from an allegedly "reputable ",(being very generous with the word) company, you're way beyond disappointing.
