TELKOM...TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My service was disconnected unfairly so, I contacted the call centre and was shocked by the rudeness of the service consultant Lerato Shabangu. A formal complaint was sent to Makuke Ramalia as he was her superior and till today no formal apology has been sent my way!!! Endless back and forth emails between myself and Makuke Ramalia came to no conclusions. I then again contacted the call ensure and got through to Ambani Maneba and again the back and forth emails took place yet again to no conclusions. I am today 5days later with POP's submitted without service or connection. Totally unacceptable and pathetic service from all 3 agents to date. Terminating contract!!!!
