Telkom/Telkom Collection/NuDebt useless!!!!

Telkom debited my account starting 23 Dec 24, but by then my salary was not in yet. The debit order finally went of on 31 Dec 24 successfully. However, they already handed me over. After many calls and confirmations that my account is updated, I'm still being harassed by their collection company and they still try to debit my account every day. I'm very upset with this behavior as I have never been behind on any of my accounts and my credit score is in good shape, now this. Whenever I'm trying to call the collections company, i have to hold on for 22min and then they drop the call. I don't know what to do anymore.
