Telkom=T for Terrible!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot rate 0 stars, wish I could. I am sad to say I am a Telkom customer. Service is pathetic and truly I cannot complain about anything else, because they cannot do anything else!!!! Quick to take payment monthly but cannot help to sort out problems or even upgrade! Here is my compliant 1. I am trying for over 3 weeks to upgrade on my cell phone, but couldn't because you cannot upgrade on a blue bargain sale (shocker!) then I app**** over 5 times after that for another phone, promises to phone me back when system is online, nothing!!! 2. Trying to start a new contract, lady phoned me, took ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS and promised to phone me back to do terms and conditions, nothing!!!! Telkom- its terrible how you guys can treat customers like this, I will cancel my contract and rather pay more at Vodacom! One of your customer support people Andile, is terrible, well done!
