Telkomsegat

I had a contract with telkom we cancelled the contract 2 months back. Got statements still this morning we got there had to explain 3 times then only we were told now its cancelled. Due to the poor service I had to pay extra is this the way Telkom is ******** their customers for more money will not recommend them. Reason for canceling was my phone fell and screen broke took out insurance when I took phone back no insurance. This is very poor
