TelkomSA.net YOU SUCK - "telkomsa.net #***"

TelkomSA.net ...... how badly are you run. I have a domain and website hosting package and on 21st Jan it all just disappeared, no emails, no website ..... NOTHING ..... I emailed your 'hostmaster" account and promisingly got an automated reference number "telkomsa.net #***" ...... and that's it ...... I have probably spent close on 3 hours on my phone with your various call centres who laughingly tell me that there is not Telephone number to contact the Hostmaster and that even they cannot phone the people who run that department. TelkomSA.net you really SUCK, even when I send a mail asking how I move my stuff to another service provider you don't even respond. You are costing me thousands of R a day and untold amount of reputational damage.
