Telkomsa.net ******* email addresses

Thumbs down to Telkomsa.net for not having any contactable info. I want to report a long list of emails that are used for ********, but am unable to do so. A huge number of these emails are as follows: ***. The next one will also be online.... but just the numbers change. These email addresses give no indication of who they belong to. What are these emails? Is TelkomsSA allowing all sorts of emails to be generated in order to push up its value?. There are also other addresses, and I want to report each and every number coming from a phisher or *******. Where do I do that?
