telkomsa.net problems

There is a big problem with telkomsa.net.

We have always been able to mail our customers who have a telkomsa.net e-mail address and for the last while they have not received our mails. This is only happening with the telkomsa.net e-mail addresses and none of our other customers are affected.

This is detrimental to our business as clients are not receiving important mails and invoices..
