telkomsa.net password reset request

My telkomsa.net email has been hacked. I have been talking to everyone and cannot get assistance to reset my password. Not even the online agents can assist Pathetic, there is not other word. No wonder everybody is leaving Telkom. They can just as well close down. Links does not work, blank pages are displayed. I do not think there is any other company with this bad or non-existing service to clients.
