Telkomsa.net mail server down!!

We are a business receiving tenders/orders/RFQ'S through the telkomsa.net e mail server for the last 17 years. We have not received e-mails from last week Thursday 30th July 2020. Cannot access webmail, need new password. Tel. 10210 not able to help, and no word on how this problem is going to get sorted. This catastrophic for our business!!
