TelkomSA won't let me cancel my contract

I am extremely angry with TelkomSA, i have been trying to cancel my contract with them that expired more than a year ago. I have been visiting their offices and logging into the website with no success. They keep deducting my account. I no longer want to have a contract with them because of their poor service.
