TelkomSA useless help!!!!!

Telkom is very unprofessional and we need help we are told it is not their job to check our payments but you over bill us and do not debit on your set date. I am told they can not assist me because I need to check these for myself !!! How???? I am fed up with TelkomSA store can not assist and nor can their billing department, I have waited for their escalated calls to no assist and when I call I am told it is not their Job , I am appalled by the service I have received from TelkomSA, very disappointing fir a paying customer who is on date and currently in collections because it is not your Job to track payments as a billing department.
