TelkomSA Terrible service

I have been having data issues for 2 months. Have called and logged a complaint with Telkom numerous times and still no assistance. The call centre agents keep me holding for 10 minutes and cut me off. I'm still awaiting management to get back to me which I've been promised for 2 months, to today no phone call from anyone. I'm unemployed looking for work and spent my last money to buy data which hasn't worked to today. My other data expired without being used and my current data which is expiring next month is not working either. I have done all technical things in my phone settings as advised by agents. I am in a area that has coverage so I have done my not on my side. Telkom is a ********** network which takes poor people's last money with no service.
