Telkomsa services are pathetic

Hi. First off I’d like to say that TelekomSA is the worst service provider . It’s been the 4 th time that my problems with Telekom has gone unresolved . Four times they have taken debit orders off from my bank account after 4-5 days from the date that was agreed upon without my consent and knowledge of it. They either take double the amount and hit me with a huge penalty . Yet the fault lies by them .Each time I called they either don’t provide me with the correct information or when I ask to speak to a manger they keep saying the manager is on a call or that the manager will get back to me. Then it ends up the manager doesnt contact me at all.i deeply regret taking out a contract with Telekom because there service sucks and they are unprofessional.
