telkomSA ******** wifi never WORKED data just expire

Telkom is just a bunch of ****s *****ing people's money.i bought Lte sim and route i loaded over R3000 worth of data and all the data expires coz the wifi was not working its only write " ready to connect wen network improves"I went to telkom shop 10 times. They said we logged a case telkom will call me in 5days guess what no call.i went back they said we will register a case again a technician will come to your house hey guess what nobody peached up till today.Telkom ********
