TelkomSA line dead from the 4/12/2018

Hi I have been experiencing problems with my landline and internet from the the 4/12/2018, I logged my problem, nothing is being done uptil now, saw a technician working on the box that my line is connected to, his name is Raj, tried speaking to him but he just ignored me, the other guy with him Halliot at least spoke to me, I just heard they will sort it out tomorrow because of overtime knowing that there is a break in the fibre line. We take out contracts but it is not fulfilled by TelkomSA, if we don't pay our accounts they will cut our lines, they are in breach of their contract, tired of phoning telkom call center, I had enough
