Telkomsa is useless

Could Telkomsa be any more useless? I have spoken to endless "customer service" agents with no effort being made to resolve the problem.

I cannot setup an email account that I am paying for.

First Telkom randomly deleted my email account after using it for years. Trust me no one at Telkom can even tell me where that account has gone. Of course when resubscribing the new account wont allow certain settings because of "another" account. That's the one they cant find!

I'm at my wits end and intend to cancel the account once I've changed all of the accounts that use that address as the login. I simply cannot continue like this. I now believe in hell.
