TelkomSA is the pits!!!

I have a contract with Telkom, been with them for a few years. I’m annoyed at the fact that you can never get ahold of them and recently they haven’t been allocating my payments and my line blocked, I’ve sent several emails and made several calls to no response! Right now I want to cancel this contract ASAP!!
