TelkomSA is Shady!!!!

I have a cellphone contract with Telkom and it's been a living hell! These people always have issues! Back in November, I made an early payment but they still tried to debit me luckily I had moved funds from my account and they marked it as a missed payment although I paid 4 days ahead of the debit date! They never reimbursed me for the debit fees by the way! Last month they tried to debit me earlier than my debit date (granted it fell on a Sunday) so when I tried to remedy the situation, they misinformed me and said my account is currently only for them to turn around and threaten to close my account because I failed to pay. My question to them was who is in the wrong I called you twice trying to pay you only for you to tell me my account is current. This month I was supposed to pay late fees plus my last month's instalment including this month's instalment, so I settled last month's instalment plus late fees ahead of my debit date which I assumed meant that they will only debit me this month's instalment, but not Telkmom, no sir! They wanted to debit me last's month instalment, the late fees, plus this month's instalment altogether even though their system is well aware that the only amount due this month was this month's instalment fees! I have had it up to hear with their shady tactics!!!!
