telkomsa identity *****

hi i have an issue my identity was ****** from telkom online tele sales to open a new contract basically its identity ***** i have tried to get it resolved with no success and just that its being processed my point is what will happen to the person working at telkom sa that stole my id information and open a contract will they be charged and put in jail identity ***** is a huge issue and its a violation off my privacy and its a ******** offense bottom line still nothing has been done
