TELKOMSA Emails down for a week

TELKOMSA emails have been down for almost a week now. I managed on one occasion to get through to them and was advised that all that is needed is a password reset, but the system they use for password resets is down. How hard can it be to get this sorted. In this day and age, to hear of an email server being down for a week is completely unacceptable! Come on Telkom, get your act together!!
