TelkomSA Bloemfontein bad service provider

I am very frustrated with Telkom using the same excuse over and over saying there systems are down. They tell you to wait for 7-14 work days but you receive the same message over and over to pay a deposit then saying ignore it its being send due to system error. This is unacceptable and I would like answers. It is almost 3 weeks and no installation and no one has even contacted me.
