TELKOMSA

Telkom is such a ******, I cancelled my service with them in 2018 September and after a year they get a debt collecting company to retrieve R4000 of which they say i am responsible for. I know i called and cancelled the service they have it on record yet nobody called or emailed me concerning that i have to pay a subscription amount 30 days after the cancellation. Now i am being harassed by a debt collecting company for money that owe Telkom of which i did not know about and why after an entire year they do this. TELKOM YOUR SERVICE WAS POOR THEREFORE I CHANGED SERVICE PROVIDERS. I am not going to pay any amount as i was not informed telephonically or via email and Telkom has all my details. THIS IS WHAT TELKOM DOES THEY ARE THE BIGGEST ******S IN SA AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
