Telkom's Zandile Qasham merely disappeared

Every second day when I try tologin into webmail@telkom (do messaging), I get a "502 Bad gateway" This morning to spoke to, but suddely the connection was severed and I could not connet to the the again: :I was speaking to one Zandile Qasham - she did not try to contact me again!
