TELKOMS WORST SERVICE

Since 01/11/2023 telkom services has veen extremely poor. From 01/11/2023 till today 12/11/2023 i only had 4dats of reception on my twlkom wifi and mobile device. Telkom assured me over the fone that a technition is bussy attending to the problem. Today 12/11/2023 when I spoke to another consultant she said that no technition is attending to the problem. I must wait 72Hrs before the technition will attend to the problem. Im paying +-R2000 a month for services that i can not use. Could someone help regarding this provlem woth telkom
